Strongest maneuver: Frontside air
WHAT YOU DIDN’T KNOW: I lived in Pennsylvania until I was 11
Magic board: 5’0”, 16’ ¾”,1’ 7/8” Rusty EPS by Mike Russo. It’s just so fast and light I feel like I can do anything on it.
Best day surfing: My birthday party on the beach this year. It was so perfect I barely spent any time with my friends and just surfed the whole time. I got the most barrels of my life.
Biggest day surfing (describe when, where, and why it was your biggest day ever): This year in Tortola I surfed a day at Cane Garden Bay that had some 15 foot sets. It was huge! I wasn’t scared riding the waves but when the clean-up sets came through it was a whole different story.
Best East Coast surf spot: I really like surfing at Frisco Pier in Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. I don’t know why; I just like how it dumps really hard and it’s so simple to get barreled there.
Best surf trip experience: This last January in Tortola was really fun. It went from huge to head high and really fun. I think that’s why I like it so much there because you can rip or charge.
Local hero:  My dad is my hero. He drives me everywhere, packs all my stuff for trips, and talks to al of my sponsors. He even takes pictures of me. Without him I’d be nowhere.
First surfboard (describe shape, shaper, its appearance, and how you remember it): My first board was a 5’ 10” Robert August mini-longboard. It’s the sickest thing you’ve ever seen. I still have it today in my room. Its even in pretty good condition.
Move of the future: Definitely flips.
Worst surf injury: When I was like eight my fin caught my right leg and I got 15 stitches. It hurt like crap! I was out for like two weeks. That sure did suck! I’m just glad it’s over.
Nastiest lineup: Trestles for sure. I don’t think I’ve ever caught a wave without someone in front or behind me there in my life.
Girlfriend or no girlfriend: Yeah! You gotta have a girl. Her name’s Alexa and she’s really cool, not to mention hot!

Words to live by: Don’t think twice; just do it.
